So you capped insulin at $35??
Recently, the government and Medicare capped insulin prices for seniors at $35. That’s great! It does lower the cost, for seniors. But while Congress is out there taking a victory lap, we checked, and the overall price of insulin didn’t go down.
Capping what someone pays for something isn’t synonymous with lowering the price. The American tax payer is picking up the additional portion of the insulin tab.
